This workshop will consider methods and strategies for estimating and mitigating the risks posed by pandemics, storms, and economic downturns. These events may be sudden and unexpected, and significantly impact transportation agency finances. The workshop will include presentations of how agencies plan for and mitigate major revenue impacts, including strategies applied before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, breakout discussions of actions participants may undertake going forward, and a facilitated discussion among all panelists.
