The situation: An International Public Health Emergency has occurred, requiring residents to shelter in place for an extended period of time and disrupting production and supply chains. While navigating this unique event, additional unique and abrupt disruptions occur that affect specific regions. The participants will need to navigate the multiple events, ascertain how to respond, recover, and mitigate each disaster. Logistics, potential evacuations, and other key decisions will need to be made.
