U.S. DOT and the CDC have developed an online tool that provides data on transportation and health indicators and fosters cross-sector collaboration at the state and local levels. The Transportation and Health Tool (THT) was released in 2015 and has been applied in a variety of settings. Presenters discuss the THT and focus on several case studies from THT users. Attendees learn about applications of the THT and how it can help to bring public health into transportation decisions along with a discussion on when and where to use the tool.
