Equity in Transportation: Guidelines for Stakeholders and Practitioners

The purpose of this workshop is to stimulate thinking and discussion about the benefits of a more equitable transportation system. The discussion will focus on three main aspects related to transport and equity: (a) to what extent transportation contributes to inequalities, (b) how equity and social inclusion perspectives can help explain differences in people‚Äôs travel behaviors, and (c) how to better consider equity in transportation project evaluation.
