Sunday, January 07, 2018, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Convention Center
Brad Allen, Applied Pavement Technology, Inc.; Christopher Evilia, Waco MPO, presiding
Sponsored by Standing Committee on Transportation Asset Management

This workshop builds on three sessions hosted in 2017 by the Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations to explore the challenges and opportunities of asset management implementation for metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs). At the 2017 sessions, participants identified gaps in the practice, tools, research, or guidance needed to support MPOs in the implementation of asset management. Participants will develop a prioritized list of research needs that can be entered into the Transportation Asset Management Portal.
