Resiliency and Supply Chain Disruption Tabletop Exercise: Leadership and Organization During Disruptions

Workshop participants experience a hands-on opportunity to learn how leadership styles and competencies affect an organization’s ability to respond and recover from supply chain disruptions. Participants receive a hypothetical situation and choose leadership traits that they think are effective. The results will be tallied live and will be followed by discussion, offering useful insights for all types of organizations.
