This workshop presents an overview of new ways of developing transportation data for national surveys, introduce some innovative data fusion techniques, and outline some statistical methods to analyze data from different data sources in order to gain a robust understanding of travel behavior.  Data sources covered range from the traditional sources such as the NHTS and ACS to newer location-based social network data sets, and cell phone location data. Our target audience includes policy makers, planners, and applied modelers.
