The Climate Change Joint Subcommittee addresses climate change as it relates to transportation energy, alternative fuels, sustainability and air quality. All are welcome. This year, we'll hear news about the aftermath of VW's diesel scandal, an update on international climate policy, a report from the Global Climate Action Summit in California in September 2018, and an update on FHWA's energy and resilience efforts. We'll also have a paper presentation on citizen acceptance of oil sands, pipelines and fracking in Canada.
